In 2016, 89% of companies will compete on the basis of customer experience (CX). That’s one of the main conclusions drawn from a recent technology research by Gartner .
Global competition is a fact, and it’s making it harder and harder for businesses to capture a long-term differentiated position. How do you convince people to choose for you – to stick with you – when a newer, better, or cheaper solution is always lurking around the corner? CX may hold the answer.
