After your 14-day trial your account is automatically switched to Userlike’s free version. You can use Free for as long as you want.

You have four options: show a contact form via which your visitors can send you their questions; show a custom message; hide the chat button entirely; let chatbots welcome visitors for you (for short-term offline states).

No. You can start your trial without entering any billing info. If you wish to upgrade to a premium plan, you can use a credit card or SEPA direct debit for any subscription, and bank transfer for subscriptions on our Flex plan.

It’s possible to use the Chat Panel with a mobile device, but we don’t recommend it. Mobile internet connections are often not stable enough to properly support a chat connection. Besides, it’s easy to miss an incoming chat when you’re on your phone.
